Such Excitement!

Okay, so I am totally pumped that I have sweet corn up in my garden right now. I can taste the succulent kernels already. Smother them in butter and salt... (drooling)...

I am hoping everything I planted grows well in the cattle yard. Should have plenty of fertilizer. I will make sure to wash everything REALLY well before we eat it.

I spent the afternoon raking and spreading grass seed around our fire pit. I hope the effort pays off. It is supposed to rain tomorrow so I am counting on that to get it going. Fingers crossed!

kitchen curtains

I am so excited! I just bought some material to make new curtains for my kitchen windows. I have been wanting to redecorate for awhile and now I am going to do it. Hallelujah! Now I just have to match my paint to the curtains and I am set. Did I mention I am excited? :)
